Quick cute little gift. This come in two formats. One is a Bag Topper...Place Cookie Cutter in a baggie...fold topper in half and staple on top of bag. The second way is to place the poem in a baggie along with a Cookie Cutter..staple on topper that does not have the poem on it.
You will need to resize topper and poem to fit the Cookie Cutter and size of baggie you are using. If you don't know how to do this please let me know. I'll help you with it.
